Questions
Which one should I buy?
Short answers to the questions we get asked most about the three handles.
Are they really the same inside?
Yes. All three run the same electronics and the same free TTLock app, and they take the same accessories. The differences are the body, the material, the finish, the batteries and the super secure switch, which the Apollo doesn't have.
What is the super secure switch?
A switch on the inside of the Origin Smart Plus handles that locks the door from within, so it can't be opened from outside until you release it. The Apollo doesn't have it.
Do I need a Wi-Fi bridge?
A bridge is needed for remote control away from home. Add a compatible G2, G5 or G6 bridge to manage access remotely. At the door, use the unlock methods supported by your chosen handle.
Will it fit my door?
Apollo and both Origin Smart Plus versions include the corresponding lock body in Australia. They can be installed on wooden doors over 30 mm thick using that body; the door must be prepared for it. Use the compatibility checker to choose your installation route. Check my door.
Can I mix handles in one house?
Yes. They all live in the same TTLock app, share the same cards and remotes, and one bridge can serve more than one lock, except the G6 in Matter mode, which needs one per lock.
