The G2 gateway gives your Blusafe TTLock smart lock a Wi-Fi connection for remote unlocking and records. Add your lock to the TTLock app first, then add the gateway through the + button on the app home screen. Do not use Tuya or Smart Life for this product.

Troubleshooting
Fix a problem
Most G2 problems are a 5 GHz network, a mistyped password or a gateway that is already bound — not a faulty gateway. The LED tells you most of what you need to know.
