The R1 remote pairs through your Blusafe TTLock smart lock — open the lock in the app, tap Remote, then Add Remote. Add your lock to the app first. Do not use Tuya or Smart Life for this product.

Set up & use
Work through each task in order — learn the buttons, pair the remote through the lock's Remote menu, then check its details in the app. Tick the steps as you go; your progress is saved on this device.
Troubleshooting
Fix a problem
Most R1 problems are a pairing press that was too short, a remote out of Bluetooth range, an expired validity period or a tired CR2032 battery — not a faulty remote. The status light tells you most of what you need to know.
